Everything You Need to Know About Leasing at The Villages at Ram
How much is rent?
The standard monthly rent for our two-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom townhomes is $1,600 per month.
How many bedrooms and bathrooms are in each townhome?
Each townhome features 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms with approximately 1,022 square feet of living space.
What is the application fee?
The application fee is $60.
What is the security deposit?
The standard security deposit is $1,600. Promotional security deposit terms may vary.
How long is the lease?
Our standard lease term is 12 months.
What is the income requirement?
Applicants must have a minimum household income of 2.5 times the monthly rental rate. Applications are reviewed individually based on the property's screening criteria.
Are pets allowed?
Yes. Pets are allowed with management approval and subject to applicable requirements.
Are utilities included in the rent?
Residents are responsible for utilities and renter's insurance as required by the lease.
Trash service, pest control and landscaping are included in the monthly rent.
Is the property all-electric?
Yes. The townhomes are all-electric.
Is internet available?
AT&T internet service is available at the community. Residents should contact AT&T directly for current service availability and pricing.
Is there a dog park?
Yes. The community has an on-site dog park for residents and their pets.
Do you offer tours?
Yes. Tours are available Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
How do I schedule a tour?
Contact our leasing team with your preferred date and time. We'll provide the information needed to arrange your tour.

Do you have any move-in specials?
Yes. We currently have a limited-time move-in special for qualified new residents.
Choose FIRST MONTH FREE or WASHER & DRYER included with townhome, plus a REDUCED SECURITY DEPOSIT. The lease must be signed by October 16, 2026, to qualify. Promotional terms and eligibility requirements apply.
What happens if I choose the washer and dryer promotion?
The washer and dryer become part of the apartment and remain with the home when you move out. The appliances may not be removed from the apartment.
